What we make
A design package you can build from
One document: existing and proposed layouts, cabinetry with colors and quantities, countertops, tile and flooring, plumbing and lighting fixtures, hardware and paint. Every selection named, numbered and counted. We design it — your builder builds it.
Kitchen
Layout, cabinetry, counters, tile, fixtures and lighting — drawn and specified in full.
Bath
Wet-area detailing, stone, plumbing fixtures and vanities, specified so your plumber can price it.
Multi-Room
Two to four connected spaces, planned together so flooring, trim and finishes carry through.
Whole Home
Every room, one coherent scheme, phased so the work can be done in stages.
Refresh
Paint, lighting, hardware and furnishings for a room that is sound but not working. No construction.
Every package is quoted in writing before any work begins, with the payment schedule up front. Packages can be produced remotely — we will measure for you locally, work with your builder over a call, or send you our measuring guide.
